Azoss Trading currently ships to addresses within the Qatar. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Express Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 1 working days and we will deliver the order on the very next day in Doha.
- Free Shipping: Orders over QAR 200 qualify for free shipping.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders less than QAR 200 shipping will be charged flat at QAR 15. Shipping fees will not be refunded at the time of return.
Returns and Exchanges
At Azoss Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant information about the item you wish to return.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for returns) or instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label or instructions.
Refunds and Exchanges
For returns, once we receive your item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
